The one girl took a very large metal lantern to see. Remember large METAL lantern.
So my buddy puts on the Bigfoot outfit. We set it up and tell the girls when they get back, hey, you just missed Bigfoot! And they all be like "Quit it, no way, shut up" and while they're not paying attention my buddy screams, runs out and starts to drag one of the girls off wearing his Bigfoot costume. It scared everyone senseless. So much so that the one girl smashed the metal lantern over Bigfoot's head, knocking him clean out and giving him a nice concussion.
Be careful who you prank.
Awww... That would've been epic if he hadn't gotten hurt!

Now a days, it'd be better to do in a suit and a white mask made of breathable fibers.

I've only scared two people super bad, but not in very exciting ways.
The kitchen used to be some patient rooms, so it was pretty drastically remodeled, but for some reason a few areas have the shower left in. The Diet Clerk's office is one of those areas and, during a slow day, I once hid in the shower to scare one. That shower is directly behind where they sit down and I grabbed her shoulders and shouted her name, making her scream bloody murder. Folks in the hallway rushed in to see what the heck was wrong.
The second time was when it was such a slow day we were actually struggling to find even the littlest cleaning job to do. As a result, very few trays when up in the food carts, and I realized I could very easily hide inside of one. After I'd retrieved it from upstairs I climbed in and scared the daylights out of my coworker, but then she sprayed me really good with water xD

I work at a cafe that mostly caters to older people (as in 60s+), and all I'll say is that apparently hair loss isn't restricted to the head.
Also - A year and a day ago, I decided to join this little forum called DYKG.
And what a great year it has been ! Highs, lows, new arrivals and disastrous exits. Beardy, gracing us with his presence every six or seven new moons. A migration to this fine corner of the internet. More new members, a few more break-downs. Some warnings here and there for those who get up to no good.
But most of all, new places, new conversations and new friends !
Love you all platonically (apart from Arjahn and Raiden Blackwood, I'm just pretending to be your friend so that you keep sending dem sexy selfshots ♥).
