Speed ran Hot Wheels Turbo Racing again today. I got in contact with a Belgian speed runner who found a skip I did not know of. Using that, I got my first sub 40 time on it at 39:58:3! This is going great. WHY WON'T MY SPLITTERS GET HERE, I NEED TO RECORD THIS!!!

Was close to beating FF7 today, except a rage quit made me start the game all over again. I couldn't even get past the final form of the final boss. But I will remember how to use the materia wisely this time.
As for a game I just beat recently. Puzzle agent. Still a good game.

I beat Plants versus Zombies yesterday for the first time since like 2011, so that's going on the list. And I just beat the Wii reboot of Punch-Out!! Shout-out to Game Grumps for showing me how to beat Bald Bull.

Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex 106%. This was so much fun, but I think I'm burnt out from getting some of the harder to get Gems. No more Crash for a while.
Still, I really like the rolling around levels. The secret world was also fun (besides the reused level for Coco).
When I get back into the mood to beat the original, I'm going to need to buy a memory card so that I can save (yes I know there's passwords).

Those that have not played Ristar, go find a way to play it. I want a Ristar 2 or at lest have more games with Ristar in them.
The original was good and very witty, I think you could have had a big mascot with him.

When are we getting a YT link? Also, does it come with commentary?
Please say yes.

Please say yes. I'm going to adding commentary starting right now, hopefully it will be on YT soon. I know that I can get a faster time (some races went awful just due to RNG), but I think I got my personal best at the 3rd race at that track. It's the shortest race, but to get through it quick is a hair-raiser because it involves a shortcut that you have around .2 seconds to line yourself up for the jump correctly (and you can overshoot left or right, it's very precise) and you a booster at the same time to have enough speed. Then yo have to do that correctly six laps in a row. And did I mention that you're also dodging insta-kill rocks at the same time? But, that race, 6 laps with a 3:50 time and only 1 fail on that track. Not dead perfect, but that is still my best record.

I honestly remember nothing of Turbo Racing apart from a car I spent forever trying to get from a hidden shortcut. Still have the game though and it's nice to see that the game I thought forgotten gets attention.
Which car do you main? I played mostly Evil Weevil.

Which car do you main? I played mostly Evil Weevil. That's actually changed quite a bit as I've altered the route. The car I use most often throughout the run is the Sweet 16 II (used to be Double Vision). Double Vision has the highest top speed of all starting cars at 170. Sweet 16 II is close behind at 167, but it has better control and loses less speed on turns than does the Double Vision. Also, for reasons I don't know, Sweet 16 II stays in the air longer than Double Vision, so it makes some shortcuts much simpler. This makes it save time over all, even with the lower top speed.
Second car I use throughout the run is the Red Baron. There are two tracks that save considerable time by using a 4x4. Sweet 16 II is not 4x4, so those two tracks I use the Red Baron as it's the best of the 4x4s.
Last race I use Twinmill I. You unlock it for the final race only, and it has perfect stats. You have to use it to win the final race. It's also 4x4.
If one did a segmentalized run starting with all vehicles unlocked, the only vehicles one would use would be Twinmill I or II. But since I start the run brand new with no cars unlocked, I have to figure it out as I go. I could unlock cars as I go, but none are worth the time saved vs. the time it takes to go out of your way to get them. Also, winning the final mission will give you every car yous skipped over, so it's really pointless to try to unlock cars.

I just got the Platinum trophy for Minecraft of PS3. It was a pretty fun experience, I would do it again on PS4.
