Jazz Jackrabbit 2 is another great soundtrack for a game.

I'll just side with my favorite series and generally Silent Hill, Disgaea and GTA series have had great soundtracks. The original Resident Evil trilogy had the best music of that series, though a lot of the other games have had great tracks too. From Final Fantasy, pretty much everything Nobuo Uematsu made.

If for just one game and not a series, The World Ends With You had an amazing soundtrack!

My Favorite sound tracks are EVERYTHING from Wind Waker, especially Dragon Roost Island and the Great Sea, and the New Vegas Radio in Fallout New Vegas (although, it's an option music list in game, I still count it?) I can probably sing every single song on the station.

And hey, Terraria's got some awesome musics.
You hear that stuff? Pure Bliss.
