I have always really liked the music from the first 2 Ninja Gaidens, pretty much every Castlevania, most Mega Man games, and many of the Zelda games. A few NES soundtracks I feel are slightly under appreciated are Fester's Quest, Journey to Silius, Faxanadu and Astyanax.

While at my dad's house, I got to play a few of the games I haven't played in years. One of these is Yoshi's Cookie. I popped it into my game boy and the music took me back to my childhood. I wanted to show you guys my favorite track in the game (Music B) but I could not find the Game Boy version of the music. I have, however, found the SNES version of the song, which is so much better.

First one for me was always Super Mario Bros. for the NES, but from there it was Zelda:OoT, MGS, FFIX, and currently it has been The Last of Us.

I was so happy to learn that if you pre-ordered it off Amazon like I did you get to have the digital soundtrack to the game for free. Throw in Season Pass that unlocks the 90 min "Making Of" documentary and this game is loaded with lots of goodies added on. And we still haven't seen what the story DLC will be.

Back to the topic, making of documentary even had a section on how the music was composed and it was really cool to see.

Guys. Hotline Miami. I listen to it everyday on my drive to and from school. Listen to it in all of its glory.

Mario & Luigi Dream Team Bros. is a great game!

This is the battle theme of the bad guy at the end of the game:
