Private Nakagawa: The boss of David Spender and Gillian Leigh.
He's an important figure in the American Central Intelligence Agency.
He devotes much of his energies to train and guide the younger members.
He's currently investigating the mystery of the Man with the iron mask.
Basic Info
Name: Wayne Nakamura
Height: 170 cm
Weight: 68 kg
Blood type: A
Birthday: February, 22
Home Country: USA
Favorite things: Cigars, His Subordinates
Dislikes: Fried Food
Private Nakawaga: He's a veteran, having been in charge of difficult cases and bizarre phenomena for 30 years.
As an experienced analyst for the HQ,
he doesn't miss even the smallest detail.
He still continues to investigate a man in a trenchcoat,
whom he once spotted in an American port.
He watches over the "odd couple" of David and Gillian,
kindly and strictly.
Zpace Jockey's notes: A man in a trench coat spotted in an American port? Did Capcom just canonize Q being that guy in Ken's background? I really hope so!

Height: 174 cm
Weight: 97 kg
Blood type: B
Birthday: January, 2
Home Country: Japan
Favorite things: Dōjō yaburi², Tests of strength
Dislikes: Alcohol (He can't hold it)
Private Nakawaga: A karate master and teacher.

¹ "Ken'ichi" is only the most common reading of his name's kanjis. If they're feeling nasty, the very same kanjis could be read Kenkazu, or Kenhito... Although usually (usually) with a rarer name they also give its correct reading. The same could be said about "Kakutani", who could also be read "Kadotani", "Kadoya", "Sumiya"... But here we have the .jpg name to prove the former reading, at least.
² Lit., "Dōjō break". The practice of challenging all the members of a single dōjō and beat them one after another.
³ High Roundhouse Kick.
⁴ "One Iron".
