I hated Batman V Superman. I saw the uncut version(was forced to). I'll let my review of it do the talking.
Speaking of crossover, Ol'Japan actually made a Rings vs. Grudge movie.

Looks more goofy than scary.
I want to watch The Cube, but I think it might be too much for me. Looks kind of like Saw but in a super claustrophobic setting.

It's weird how I can't take movies where people are trapped inside somewhere. I'm embarrassed to admit how anxious The Descent got me before the monsters showed up. I got so uncomfortable that I've never watched it all in one viewing.
It is now 12:39; I watched The Cube and have to be awake at 4:40 AM for work @_@

Definitely not a happy movie, but actually pretty boring and leaves you with really no answers. There are sequels, which I'm sure fill in the gaps, but I don't feel like watching anymore. Hard to keep a small group of people just going from one room to the next interesting. Even the deaths were pretty "meh" and I couldn't really connect with any of the characters.
So i finally watched 2001: A Spacetime Odyssey . It is completly different from most movies i have seen, in the sense that it was a visual experience with little to no dialogue, i don't remenber many movies do this before. The special effects looked pretty advanced for the time (the late 60's) and i liked the soundtrack. So yeah, it was a pretty good movie, looking foward to the other Stanley Kubrick movies i haven't watched yet.
Watched The Cube 2, which I guess is unanimously viewed as being terrible. I did actually like some characters this time, but the first one really was superior. This time the cube was white and brightly lit, completely taking away from how uncomfortable the atmosphere was in the first.

There really weren't any nasty traps in the sequel either. Like, you can get cut up, your head knocked off, or somehow be aged up into a corpse, but nothing that was hard to watch. In fact the effects were actually pretty bad.

I'm this far in, so may as well watch Cube Zero when I get home tonight. People say that one's pretty good, but I'm still waiting for the answer to two simple questions: "Why does the Cube exist and what determines all the people who are chosen?"
Cube Zero is excellent, by far the best of the three, but you have to at least watch the first one to get the full impact of it.

I was never bored once, liked all the characters, was affected by the deaths, and was actually really disturbed. I'm glad I didn't watch this one before bed like the others or else there's no way I would have slept.

Please give the original Cube and Zero a watch if you're horror fans! This is Saw done right with appropriate amount of gore and no torture porn.

I'm more curious as to what manner of bottom-barrel-scraping storyline they managed to cook up that involves the amalgamation of Transformers and Hitler.
I finally was able to watch the Iron Giant Blu-ray with the little bit of extra footage!

Even though it was very, very impressive, I think the film is actually better off without the Giant's nightmare. It gives away too much. The subtle hints that the Giant could be dangerous were good enough until he goes full blown killing machine mode.

I still love the sight gags in this film, especially with Dean. Best character next to the Giant, of course.
So...does anyone here plan on watching Storks?
I don't plan on it, but I know the guy who voices Sideshow Bob on the simpsons will be voicing one of the characters in the film.

Kelsey Grammer is crying in the inside.

Anyone gonna watch the Miss Peregrine movie? Eva Green is making it look pretty good.

As a huge Tim Burton fan, I certainly am.
Welp, Disney is doing the unthinkable:
