Animal shelters come up with the weirdest names. Do I not get out enough, or do guys agree that Delaquest is just bizarre? I don't even know how to pronounce that.

When I adopted Nola, her name was Fifi.

I used to have a cat named Snoopy George.
I wanted to have him Snoopy, my brother wanted George. We got in a big fight and mom told us to both shut up, the cat's name was Snoopy George.

I have a cat named Sassafras. We call him Sassy, and he's a pervy old man.

Guys. Today I lost my little Ray today. He died in his sleep. Turns out that we(my mom, my dad, and myself) agreed that if we were gonna put him down. We'd do it tomorrow. However. As luck had it, he died in his sleep. The last thing I did was tucking him into my bed to make himself comfortable, and he gave me a little kiss on the nose before going to sleep for the night. Rest in peace Raymond.

^ I've been thinking about you since you started posted about his health being poor; I'm very sorry for your loss.

Take comfort in the fact that Ray knew it was time to go and passed away safe and comfortable in your home, most likely dreaming about the wonderful life you gave him.

I treated Ray like he was a little brother that I enjoyed having around. He was such a playable little tyke. I was hoping he'd get better, but his heart gave up on him. I'm glad that he died naturally otherwise I would have felt pretty guilty putting him to sleep by force.
