So... Flatout series is cheap on Steam now....
So I own every FlatOut game! YAY!
Stated playing Deadly Premonition since I found it was installed on my PS3, apart from the framerate drops it's an alright game, has a bit of humour and I think the story might be alright down the line.

Hoping I can actually finish it though.

So Mr. Retrolinkx,
It seems you have encountered a most enjoyable game,
I can assure you that it most definitely will not be lame.
So says Mr. Stewart

Hmm, Hey Zach, I think this Bumblebee guy might be crazy, I mean who names themselves after a Bumblebee? Oh well, he'll never know I'm not at that part of the game yet since I can't remember that line.

Excuse me Mr. Retrolinkx
But I had no intention of spoiling your game,
Keep in mind that this is very tame.
I think it would be wise for me to stop talking like this,
since you may be getting a nervous twitch.
At least let me know when you get to the Sinners Sandwhich.
So says Mr. Stewart.

What? I can't hear you over this large table?

Also, time for an interesting screenshot.

There's a bit of explanation behind this, but you see that trident in Gene's hand?

Well basically, after you kill enemies, they sometimes turn into demons. Demons are annoying to fight and usually ruin a run for me, this time around I'm on one of the hardest stages of God Hand 6-6. 6-6 is basically going through 7 (3 of which are in groups of 2) people, then to go through 8 more people (in groups of 3, twice) then you have to bash a boulder to win the stage.

Anyhow, there are three demons you fight. One who uses his fists, one who has a huge sword and another who has spikes inside of him that he can use on you. Now, I hate fighting any demon, but I didn't expect to fight a fourth one.

No, that's not a gameplay video of me, it's Mike Kob (pretty much Bumbleebee, but if he did God Hand instead of DMC), and at 18 seconds you can see him fight one of the fourth demons. This demon is basically the boss of the demons and he has a very rare rate of spawning, if any. You fight him twice naturally. Here, and in 8-1. When you beat him he drops his trident.

So, while fighting one of the first 15 enemies I have to go through for 6-6, that guy spawned, and I wasted my God Hand and single roulette move on him, the Trident didn't help at all for the remaining 8 people.

But for fuck sake, just my luck for it to spawn on one of the hardest stages on God Hand.
I finally have the platinum trophy for Ratchet and Clank. Getting 1 million bolts was a real pain and a pointless grind, but I still feel good that I have it. Next up, Minecraft for PS4, then two other R&C games...maybe.
Speaking of Deadly Premonition, I'm really happy to find out the D4 isn't dead. I cannot wait to see where that story is going.

I also need to check on when the next part of Life is Strange is coming. The dialogue is hilariously bad, but it really caught my interest.

To anyone who needs help with the trophy:

This also show off what I'm talking about. I will admit that R&C are good games. I'd rather play Sly Cooper or Jaxter, but they are good fun game none the less. However, playing the same game over and over again or grinding the same spot over and over again is not how you make a fun game (unless your out to make an RPG, and thenm it's debatable).
I've spent a week of my life playing Dragon Ball Xenoverse and still have yet to unlock all the moves. I need to do that, and wrangle someone along for an achievement about reviving someone 7 times in one online match, before I can say I've 100%'d it. I'm currently at 92%.
Propably gonna stream tomorrow. Not putting this in the "currently streaming" thing because it's not set in stone and, well, not streaming currently. It will probably be poop since my internet is crap.

Btw. Thanks for popping by for the five minutes of testing today, Cody :P
Alright, Stage 6-6 down.

Word of advice, never play God Hand on Hard.
Just started to play Rising Zan: The Samurai Gunman, and yes it is as awesome as it sounds.

The limitations of the PS1 unfortunately make the game somewhat difficult to play but I like the idea of it and will hopefully finish it. It's surprisingly not that hard in terms of gameplay, but I feel the controls may limit me, and make the game difficult.
"1632....is that a year or something?"
"No, that's your top score in Pole Position"
That retro game reference, though (okay, not so retro back then)
I know I'm getting old I have to explain 80's references to my daughter

Started playing Kingdom Hearts 1 recently. Kind of feels like a giant slog. I love other KH games (Re:coded, 3D, Birth By Sleep), but this game just had me saying "I'd rather play a different Kingdom Hearts game".
