Favorite cat lady (cat boys are allowed too)
Felicia from Darkstalkers.
The reason why she is my favorite is because she is one of the only few characters who can be considered a 'hero' in a series where most of the cast is either an anti-hero or a villian. Her only wish is to see the Darkstalkers and humans peacefully coexisting (kind of like Charles Xavier and his dream to improve the Mutant-Human relations). She also happens to be a total sweetheart who enjoys singing, dancing and making friends with people.
Another reason why I like her is because I find her music themes to be amusing.

Favorite incarnation of Link!
I'll go with the one from Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask (later know as the Hero's Shade by the time of Twilight Princess)
The reason why he's my favorite is because I like the whole "tragic fallen hero who died with regrets" deal around him. It makes his character more fleshed out and different.
After looking for three stones, Link gets the Master Sword, and unbestknow to him it gave Ganon access to the Sacred Realm. Ganon turns everyone in Hyrule into a ReDead, and completely wrecks most of the world. Then, he sets a journey through five nightmarish temples, only to find out the people who believed in him the most died because of his actions. He killed Ganon, and got sent back to the past so he could live the rest of his childhood and the adolescence he never had.
After the events of OOT, Link starts searching for his friend, only to get trapped in another body and sucked into a mirror-world, living through a repeating three-day nightmare and eventually finding his way home. And what happened after that? He lived on carrying nothing but sheer regret because nobody remenbered him as the hero he was and because he never had the chance to pass on his knowledge of swordsmanship to the next generation...
He fulfilled everyone wishes, at the cost of his own. He lost his friends, his home, and his own right for happiness.
The goddess of time can be cruel, don't you think?

Four Swords Link, for when one Link is too little.

My favorite Link? Toon Link.
I dont care if anyone hated Wind Waker for the cartoony approach(which I personally thought of Samurai Jack when it first came out), but there's one thing that I love about this version of Link. Its that he's expressive and he shows emotion like any human being. Look at the beginning of the game where he witnesses his sister being captured by the giant bird and when he sees her again(before he himself is thrown out of the prison) that was real human emotion right there.

Breath of the Wild link.
It's not my favorite game, but I love how well he conveys the game's themes. Just looking at him you can see the uncapped hair flowing everywhere, the weirdly new but still visually interesting costume, the slate that's actually just the console you play the game on, etc.
I also think it's cool as heck that they changed Link's primary color at all. Imagine if a new Mario game came out and oh hey Mario's just Pink now. But hey, it worked, and that's rad.

Favorite Infiltrator. Any character that goes behind enemy lines for one reason or another, with malicious intent but not necessarily full on combat (even if it is an option).
Naked Snake from MGS3.

Link from the Legend of Zelda series. No specific version.
From the top of my head, there are stealth sections in both Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. Particulary ,the moments when you inflitrate the Gerudo.

Favorite Evoker or Summoner.
Anyone who by some mechanic or another brings out another unit or character. This can be anything from World of Warcraft hunters to Final Fantasy Summoners to Olimar in Smash Bros.
I choose to go with Garnet/Dagger from Final Fantasy 9.

In Grand Theft Auto IV, if you spare Dwayne Forge's life and befriend him he will send you two goons or more when requested, althought this only happens if his like percentage is high enough.

Would Ashley from Wario Ware count? She has summoned a few things in the games despite not being in an RPG title(although, most of the summons backfired).

Yep, I'd count both of those.
Technically, the hatcheries in Starcraft count here too.

Dart Feld from The Legend of Dragoon. Although every Dragoon can summon a dragon, Dart absorbs Lloyd's spirit stone late on the story and becomes the only Dragoon with 2 forms and 2 dragons to summon, the Red Eye Dragon and the Divine Dragon.
