I will now take you on a journey of some electronic music that is not new, but matured and aged with grace.
John Foxx. Amazing singer. And this ditty sounds like it was released YESTERDAY, complete with bass, but it's over 30 years old.
Klaus Schulze is a massive pioneer in electronic music. This song is unique, as it came from his first album to use a sequencer, which allowed him to complete the album without any outside help. No other muscians, no other vocalists, the entire album is only Klaus Schulze. Sequencers are now common place in music. MIDI is a good example of one.
Most people know who Gary Numan is. The King of Synth-Pop. How about a track from the first album he released with his first band before going solo?

I came across this band not to long ago. I usually do the "I NEED MORE MUSIC" and click on the related music videos.
She looks like Ramona Flowers with her hood up.
The lead singer is absolutely stunning. Nice to see this video is popular though. When I first found it, it was less than 100K. Nice to see it's gained attention.

I've been in getting into Audioslave(again), System of a Down(again), All That Remains(again), Odd Future (only rap that I can really listen to, honestly), and Temple of the Dog quite a bit lately. As of now though, I'm absolutely in love with Queens of the Stone Age, Radiohead, Paul McCartney(RAM has to be one of the best albums I've ever heard. Period.), Megadeth, Victor Wooten, and of course The Beatles.
I'm actually seeing Paul McCartney in Seattle on July 17th. Preeeeeeetty sure it's going to be the best concert I'm ever going to go to.

She does, doesn't she? Never looked at it that way. I found them when listening to music on Pandora. Trying to find out when they will come my way so I can see the concert.

Your right. My mistake. I found another PAN Head. Am I the only one that thinks that should be the Peter Pan fans? LOL

How about some outsider music, aka music made by non trained musicians? You may ask "Why do I want to listen to that noise", but often they have been self trained and it's more than just noise. Also, as they know less about music, they quit caring about song structure and such, giving a truly unique experience.
That was just a taste. If you really enjoyed that, I suggest you also check out Janderk, Daniel Johnston and Moondog. I just picked videos of perhaps the 3 most influential outsider musical acts ever.
The Residents, perhaps the most famous outsider group, is a collection of Visual art students from Georgia. In the 40+ years, they have never revealed their name or faces, hiding behind giant eyeballs or other masks. They have released 60 albums, created the first music video, and influenced a ton of other bands without ever being famous.
Mind you, this was released in the 60s right here: The Shaggs. A few girls who had no idea what they were doing. Their album "Philosophy of the World" has been cited as a influence from artists such as Frank Zappa and Kurt Corbain of Nirvana.
Captain Beefheart and his Magic Band are perhaps the best selling outsider band of all time, if not The Residents. Either way, his music was a massive influence on punk, new wave, post punk and alternative rock.
