I think you read that wrong. The controller is still $17.49, the $7.50 it shows is just how much you save from the actual price.
Was referring to the steam link actually. I was saying that it'd still be cheaper than paying the 60 for it online via x-box.
What?! It's that expensive on Xbox? I think it's like 15 or something on PSN.

There's a good chance i'll take you up on that, but later. There's a lot going on right now and it's hard for me to even play regular WoW. :/

everything over Xbox Live insta-download is ridiculously expensive, games that I could go to a store and buy for 5$ is 30$ over XBLA, the reason for this is that some people hate leaving their house for anything and they would rather spend the 30$ to download it rather than just spending about 10$ for gas money to leave their house and spend another 5$ to buy the game. Literally the cheapest full game on XBLA is going to run you 30$ it never went lower than that.

That's ridiculous. What makes it even more ridiculous is that people PAY for this service, only to pay even more for the games.
Seriously. PSN and Steam. Both free (for now) and both run waaaaaaaay lower prices than that.
So, my Mom just came in my room and told me that 22 years ago she went into labor because I'm always early for everything but that I wouldn't come out because I just just being mean and after 12 hours of labor they performed a C-Section...
Sorry, but I don't remember doing any of that to you. But I'm still here, right?
I follow a lady's guinea pig blog on Tumblr where she does art of them and posts cute/funny pictures and stories of her two guinea pigs Cookie and Poppy.
Poor Poppy had blood in her urine and was receiving some antibiotics while the vet tried to figure out if it was a UTI or stones. It sounded like for a little while Poppy was responding to the antibiotics but then she was still in pain while urinating and actually visibly passed stones. After a recent vet visit it was decided the kindest thing to do was to put her down tomorrow on the 3rd of July.
I feel like I know Poppy because of how much her owner doted over her and shared how quirky and derpy of a pig she was. I'm honestly on the verge of tears over how much this going to hurt her to lose Poppy. Cookie isn't that old of a pig, so getting a new friend for her would be best, but replacing a pet that fast I imagine would be such a hard thing to do. I hate that this had to happen.
Wow. I feel bad that I have another downer thing to share.
So one of the Reddit pages I like visiting is Childfree. It's basically a page where people post funny images related to our choice to remain childless and share stories of shitty parents. I know this might make us sound like a bad batch of people, but we never ever post anything that advocates hurting kids. We just vent because it seems like so many people think you can't live a fulfilling life unless you have a kid. If that's what they need be happy, then fine, but they should realize that doesn't work for every person.
Anyway, the reason I bring this up is because I saw today it was set to private. I looked into why and it turns out a man who intentionally left his kid in the car to die in the heat was a frequent member and people were angrily posting there about how we're a bunch of "child killing psychos".
We would never encourage anyone to do this. In fact, if he'd shared that he'd thought about doing this, I would've reminded him that you can leave your kid at any hospital or police station, no questions asked.
I just can't believe how evil people are getting. This child left in a car thing pisses me off. Take those sorry parents out back and put a bullet I them. 25ยข solution compared to $30,000/year to keep them alive in prison. At least for those that are intentional. I've read several reports in Tennessee lately. It makes me sad.
Patrick's work was closed yesterday for July 4th. Thursday, when he got off, we went out of town to a place were my family has a place at the beach (It's about a 3 1/2 hour drive). We stayed all day yesterday and came home last night. When we got home, it was 87 degrees in the apartment. We had to sleep with all the fans on and no covers. Today, the office doesn't open until 11:00. It's 7:43 here.
I AM MISERABLE.
Like, I love summer. I love the heat. But when i'm home, I like it to be cool inside. So now i'm laying around trying not to do anything to raise my body heat, even though I know a bunch of stuff needs to be done around the apartment.
I just watched The Purge with my mom and sister. I don't think I've ever hated a character as much as I hated the son in that movie. He is just so incompetent and useless.
That movie was kinda weird. I'm waiting for the second one to come out. It looks like it might be somewhat action packed.
I had a really terrible sneezing fit at work, but I actually feel much better because of it.
Last night just didn't want me to get any rest. First there was a cricket that wouldn't shut up, then fireworks, and after that a storm hit really hard with plenty of thunder and lightening. It never storms around here during the day when I can enjoy it.
The person who said excercising makes you feel good and the more you do it the more addicted to it you get must've been crazy. All it makes you is icky and sweaty and smelly and the more you do it the more exhausted you get.
Ugh... I'm pretty sure I slept wrong. My back has the oddest ache today.

Gotta do it to become fit, brah.
