LOL. It's honestly really hard; I checked out how much I'd save and it would be $301. It would almost be like getting one hat free.
Flippin'eck ! I want to see these over-$300 hats !
That top one looks really cool, but I can't imagine ever wearing one.
Well, I moved to a new apartment.
It's quite nice.
I also now have a PC that can netplay Dolphin at 60fps basically
hella
Hello! I am not dead! Work has been crazy. I am very tired all of the time. I do hop on here every day, I promise. I can't wait for things to slow down so I can be more involved again. I miss y'all! <3
So you guys know that the ads are getting smarter by the day and all that. There was an entire season of South Park about it. You know if you search something on the internet, like plane tickets or something, you then get ads about that topic on facebook, etc. Well, something weird happened to me today.
A friend asked me through whatsapp (phone app, believe in the US you guys use it?) if another friend was still playing Magic the Gathering. Ok, nothing weird there. Later I was talking to a friend on skype and we talked for like 30 seconds about magic since my friend on whatsapp mentioned it.
So, I did no searches on the computer about it. Just a text message on the phone and TALKING on skype. Boom, an ad about Magic the Gathering appeared on my facebook.
Creepy, man.

Creepy man.
This kind of shit has been happening to me, but without using any apps. Just the regular phone. It's creepy as shit, man.
All hail the all mighty Ad Blocker! Our lord and savior!
At least from seeing the creepy crap that Skynet, I mean Google uses for ads.
I spent 18 hours at uni today to finish off some coursework due in 3 hours from now.
Funny thing is we got a one day extension because apparently on Sunday you couldn't access the uni's website for 12 hours.
I don't know if I should be happy or sad.
I'm just so bored. Supposed to have today off, but I volunteered to work it. Trying to think about the extra money and not that it's slow as hell because it's a holiday. I'm supposed to get Pokémon Moon tomorrow; not even joking when I say I might smuggle it into work to play if the count stays low on the weekend.
Happy Thanksgiving to all you fine Yanks.
Eat turkey and be merry ! And don't be too hungover for work tomorrow.
My friend who lives in Japan goes on Skype when she's not busy teaching and I laughed so hard when she shared this:
Remember when I posted about the
wildfires? Well, 67 wildfires were reduced to 40 but strong winds yesterday made the wildfires surrounding
Gatlinburg, Tennessee worse and some residents have been evacutated and well, basically, part of Gatlinburg has burned down. There are over 500 individual fires in Pigeon Forge, currently. Here's an additional link:
http://www.cnn.com/2016/11/28/us/souther...index.html
My brother-in-law was called in by the National Guard to go up to Gatlinburg to help clear the debris, evacuations, etc. while TEMA has declared a Level 3 State of Emergency. Crazy.
The silver lining? Those heavy winds are blowing in a forecasted rain storm; it's raining currently, but the rains could get so heavy that flash floods can appear. Noice.
^ UPDATE: 3 people have died, an estimated 70 homes have been destroyed in Cobbly Knob and Wears Valley each, Gatlinburg's mayor lost his home and business, a school was destroyed, several cabins in different areas have been destroyed or damaged, The Alamo Steakhouse (frickin' expensive place to buy a steak) burned down and the oldest hotel in Sevier County burned down.
A list has been made that is current at 5 p.m. EST. What ticks me off is
Elkmont is fine . IT'S A GHOST TOWN! The state got lazy and let it ruin. Geez.
I wound up playing Mahjong for 8 hours.
An average game of Mahjong in Japan is an hour for comparison, it usually takes us three on average.
Fun night.
I put my Christmas tree up 4 days into Christmas
Thug life.
