Ditto. There shouldn't have been a way for the child to get through in the first place. The zoo should have seen that design as a flaw before what happened. The parental supervision wasn't there, and all three things TOGETHER led to an unfortunate event.
It's funny, that wasn't even the first time a child fell into a gorilla enclosure in the US due to poor architectural design. This also isn't the first time that an animal was killed in the US due to attacking people (heck, in 2007 a tiger escaped in the SF zoo, killing 1 teenage boy and injuring 2 more. Police didn't believe the 911 calls they received, leading to a delayed response. Had that not been the case, the boy may have lived).
The internet doesn't remember these incidents the same way. In those other incidents, the parents weren't blamed or charged, under very similar circumstances. So... good job internet. Good job torturing the people that were actually involved in the care of Harambe.
It's a shame that the Harambe and Cecil killing protest started out with genuinely good intentions but then the bandwagon starts and barge in and turns it into "hunt the hunter" deal or memes.

Started playing Dino Crisis recently. Really fun game with a cool atmosphere and interesting concept.
Shame the controls are PS1 tier Resident Evil because it's literally that.
Save room music is top tier though.
Since Skyrim Special Edition came out, I haven't been able to get mods. Its been busy.
I found out that Adachi's Japanese VA also voices Big Bird and that's very funny to me for some reason.

It's funny how you can change someone's mind with a one sentence. My mom is talking to some of her coworkers on the work chat and the topic of the NES Classic came up (one of them is a gamer). One of the non-gamers said how stupid it was. The gamer tells her that it has the original Mario and she changed her mind. As my mom (who is also not a gamer) is telling me all of this, I'm reading off what the thing has and when I get to Pac-man, she was asking what the price was, so I think she wants it.
^ Apparently, it's a big hit. My parents, my wife and younger daughter, gamer friends, and I want one. Some dude that works for my dad ordered one on Amazon and said that one MUST have an Amazon account and each account is limited to ONE NES Classic at this time.
The Wii and Wii U may have been a disappointment, in some aspects, and the Switch may or may not get the projected sales Nintendo is hoping for; Nintendo still knows how to make money and please a broader demographic with the Classic, though. I think it's a win-win.
So, I'm working on Resident Evil Spencer Estate mansion on Minecraft Xbox 360 version. I know it has been done before (and I have been looking at other's creations for tips and reference), but I want to make something huge that I can be proud of. If I like it, I may go further and do the police station in RE2 and/or the mansion in RE0.
Maybe I can create a world that has signs hidden throughout, as memos, files, etc., with point values and run a treasure hunt type tournament some day; Back in April, I watched a tournament and spoke with the retired gentleman who ran it. He built buildings, streets, freight trucks, a subway system, a naval ship yard, a bunch of other stuff in the city AND....GILLIGAN'S ISLAND.
Oh my Zeus this is going to take forever. I'm not even finished with the Main Hall, want to make some changes already, and I've already spent 3 hours on it........
You know? The more Final Fight related material pops up on the CFN website, the more i want a new Final Fight game.
Give me a game with everyone from all three games playable. Give me Final Fight that has multiple paths like in FF3 + multiple endings. Give me a game where Guy doesn't use a stupid gun. Damn, that game would be epic.
