Understandable.

I never played Overwatch and i have no plans in doing so, but the idea of having a playable old woman in videogames sounds quite refreshing if you ask me. I mean, there's plenty of playable old men in videogames, so why not a woman?
I think the hood design is kind of fitting personally. She is from Egypt after all.

It had a really slow and boring start. It took 20 minutes for the game to start and I mean that. Slow intro, followed by slow in game cutscene, followed by cutscene after cutscene until I get to the first area.

After playing for a bit I can see this was sort of the original idea for the gameplay of the Wonderful 101.

I'm enjoying it so far, it's making some sense and the small comedic parts of the game give it a feeling of watching an early morning cartoon about a wolf trying to save the day and having to deal with stereotypical people around them.

I never finished it myself, but I was really wowed by how pretty it was and the calligraphy gimmick was actually tons of fun.

I thought I had my chance to finally play it all the way through with the Wii re-release, especially since the Wiimote seemed made for a game like that, but the controls were horrid. You had to swing it in a very specific way in order to get it to work.

But yeah... Once you get going you have such a large and amazing world to explore and the characters you meet all have pretty big personalities.

...Oddly enough I think I got further in Okamiden before dropping that as well ><
So yeah, Gravity Rush: Remastered is a great game.

Picked up a PS2 for a pound at a car boot sale....yeah I'll playing some GOOOOOOD HAND, BABY!

Thank God.

You know for a second there I was thinking you were just lying about enjoying Cuhrayzee games like DMC and DMC:dmc
So there's a new PS1 emulator called PGXP that fixes geometry and textures. Now PS1 in HD looks more like old PC games.

Also, Hotel Dusk is a perfect "Where do I go game?"

I'm sorry to say but I've had to consult a guide many times just because it has some weird puzzles to solve or stupid things to do before the game advances.

Like, one part has you finding a pen on the floor, you pick it up and you can't make out a name on the pen. So you want to find out how to make out the name. So I'm stumped, look up a guide. Turned out you were meant to take some chalk from a chalk board outside to put some on your finger to wipe on the pen to get the name.

Or, there would be a part where you have to go somewhere or talk to someone, and it just wouldn't even give you a hint of where to go. You're walking around the Hotel hoping for a scene to happen, but nothing does. When you'd eventually check it up it'd be something like "Oh yeah, remember that door that was locked for the whole game? It's open now lol"

Hell the current puzzle is stupid. He finds an unwound cassette tape, and he has to wind it up. No biggie right, just use a pen. Uh, nope. The pen I have is too round so I can't use it, it just slides around the holes. I mean if this was me, I'd get the two keys I have in my inventory to twist the holes to wind up the tape, or hell I'd use my fingers. Whatever the game is making me find will be stupid....and let's just check the guide...

Ah, alright. Of course. Makes sense I guess, I mean why else would there be a pencil in the suitcase. I mean, unless this was common knowledge to people in the 70's, and it's just been lost on people like me (Who, looking back I haven't had to use a cassette tape since 2008, and not once have I ever found an unwound one) then I guess it makes sense. Still a really annoying thing to do.

There's a razor too, will Hyde wake up in the morning and be like "Hmm, hair has grown on my face somehow, WHAT DO I DO?????" and time will stop because nothing ever happens until Hyde wills it to.

OMG. Right?! I remember needing to resort to guides as well when I played and ended up going "...Really?" so many times. If not for the internet, no way would I have finished it. The characters, story, and art style are pretty neat, but it should have had a hint option if what you had to do in too many areas was going to be so weird. Touch Detective had the same issue where it didn't provide even the slightest clue that you had to combine certain object to get the game movie forward.

I have the sequel to Hotel Dusk still sitting around after I imported. Now I kind of want to find it and see if they improved on giving the player some sort of direction. I don't mind having to think in games, but when you're left completely and totally stumped as to whether or not you need to combine something, find another item, or even be in a different area there's a problem.
Man, Demon Souls and all other Souls' games still confuse me.

I thought it was about the skill of the player, it's more or less the things you have equipped and your stats more than anything else.

The second boss, The Tower Knight was such an annoying thing to fight, even when I understood him and his literal achilles heel I was just not doing enough damage or would die from a shockwave from his massive shield. So I just farmed for some souls. Leveled my character and weapons up, and then when I got to him the 4th time or so, I killed him in two downs in like 3 minutes.

One swing from my sword took 5% of his health away, and when he eventually fell down my sword did like 10% of it.
my new thing is to get the seinfeld theme when i play overwatch because it's the only thing making that game fun anymore
I got Pokemon Go on my phone since I have one that can run the game now. Currently level 2 with my 3 Pokemon. They are Pidgey, Magikarp, and Greymon.

Feebas is #349. I don't think we have all of the original 150 yet. Or is that a region-only type? Like Tauros is to North America.

Isn't that a Digimon?
