After my friend and I made jokes and laughed at the TF2 update being trash (which is still is) and every game made us wait 30 minutes (which I counted) to get a game where one of us would have 200+ ping and the other would have 40. We finally got into some games really quickly.
It takes one to two minutes to load a game now which is really good.
The funny thing is, this was meant to improve the game, but really it hasn't changed a damn thing. Both games my friend and I dominated. On CP maps we capped last twice in a row, we were able to push two level three sentries to their spawn on a payload map and kept them in spawn for 5 minutes before they just ubered two demos and pushed us back.
This update is just awful, it's done nothing to improve the gameplay. Hell it's made it worse. My friend and I haven't lost a game yet, and we both have positive K/D ratios. It's just really funny to get the same people again and again, only to see them instantly leave because they don't want to play us again.

Somehow got Fallout 4 to work despite it CTD'ing for a month straight on fresh install. Just had to reinstall a 3rd time!

The first Witcher is one of the most unintentionally funniest games I've played in a long time.
Geralt is like someone who has been sent from the future to the past and knows everything about this time period and is bored by everything with his monotonous voice. Everyone around him still believes in fairy tales and hates Witcher's, so everything he does is just accompanied by this guy who doesn't want to be here, doing things he doesn't want to do, for people who hate him all for the sake of completing a game I don't really want to complete.
One time, I had to prove that a Witch was not the cause of these ghost dogs appearing at night and was actually due to the misdeeds that the people around the town were doing. When they all group up to kill her with their reasons, Geralt has done enough quests to know that the town is fucking awful, and he just out right says it. He doesn't beat around the bush, or try and whisper it to people in exchange for it. He just tells them that people of this town have raped others, the reverend hides it, as well as steal children to sell them to the bad guys of the game, and other stupid things.
Another time, I'm invitied to this party I didn't want to go to, and while walking around and asking about the Princess, I ask if anything is wrong with her and the person I ask just tells me "Someone needs to lay her down, good" and Geralt is just like "....riiiiight"
And don't even get me started on how I just randomly walk into sex. Like seriously, you can do it at the start of the game pretty much, after walking around and talking to like the first woman you see, it just happens. Other times I just give women stuff and they just have sex with Geralt.

Man what a weird week.
So, last Friday my computer shut off due to most likely overheating from playing games, tabbing in and out, along with recording it and being on for several days. Anyhow, I played my 3DS to waste some time while my PC would cool down.
This was the last time I remember ever using my 3DS since after this, I seemed to have completely lost it. I searched and searched everywhere I could to try and find where it would be but to no avail.
I started to think outside the box of where it could be, I mean. One day I had it, the next I didn't. I looked around the room and noticed my bin. The bin is quite large and tall. I'd say it's the height of just over your knee cap, and the inside is large as well. Anyhow, thoughts started to go through my head that I lost the 3DS in that bin, but I quickly dismissed it. This was on Monday.
On Tuesday, it really got to me. It had been more than several days now, and I haven't seen it. I checked the bin and noticed that there was something in there that I had. A small badge I got from a recent event I went to. Now this was really worrying. In the span of 5 days I had taken the rubbish out once, and that one time there could've been anything in that stuffed bin. It was all adding up.
So, on Wednesday I decided to go out and go through the rubbish skip that's near me at night (Hey, it's a console that costs £150. What would you do?) but when I went out All Ghillied Up in my gloves, jacket and all other forms of protection I noticed that the skip had been emptied.
That's it man, it's over. Wherever it is now, it's probably crushed or 6 feet under other rubbish in a tip somewhere outside of London.
So I come to my senses, explain to myself that it's not big deal. I only lost the 3DS, Hotel Dusk and some downloadable titles. Sure, it hurts. But I'm only going to use my 3DS for three more games. Spirit of Justice, DGS (When it's translated) and Pokemon Sun. So, I was contempt in my thoughts. I was still sad and angry over this but it was my own fault and it's over now. I couldn't do anything.
Literally 10 minutes ago, my 3DS just falls on the floor right in front of me. Where I sit in my room to use my computer is right next to a wardrobe that I put all my clothes into. It's a super small room, and the wardrobe is super old (Hell, it doesn't even have doors anymore) but I keep it around since it still stores clothes fine. Anyhow, I usually put a jacket or something thick there for my left arm to rest on when I use the computer since otherwise, it'd just be floating or hitting wood.
Sometimes when I'm playing a game or waiting for something to load on a game I play my 3DS to pass the time, and when it's loaded I'll put the 3DS back. This time I apparently put it inside the wardrobe near the clothes, and completely forgot about it.
So for a week now I've been worrying about losing something that was never more than a few centimeters away from me at best.

Today marks the first case Phoenix Wright ever took on.
http://aceattorney.wikia.com/wiki/The_First_Turnabout
The next will be in September (and I'll make a post about it so don't worry guys. You'll be updated on every Phoenix Wright case for the next 3 years)
A side of me wants to upload a playthrough of the first case to youtube on this day, just so it can be in sync.

Been playing Cave Story for the last 6 hours or so. Why did no one tell me Cave Story was this good?
Also, this music is annoying me since I know I've heard it in a video on youtube before, but I can't pinpoint it. Like some random repeated gif video that uses this music (like Nyan Cat)
EDIT: Also finished the game as well. Boy it was great a solid 8.5/10 apart from three sections.
The first two problems arise from a similar think Dark Souls has that I hate. Long corridors, Hard Bosses. In other words, if you die from a hard boss, you're sent back at least 5 minutes and you have to go through those 5 minutes again and again. This is also made really annoying by the fact that your weapons have a sort of degrading system, in which if you get hit too much your weapon levels down and becomes weaker and to only way to get this back up is to kill enemies and hope they drop experience orbs to pick up.
So you have to go through the same long corridor, avoiding as many enemies and any other possible hazards as possible to get another shot at a boss. I really hate this since you have to waste time doing all of this when they could've easily placed a save point right outside the boss's room. It's a massive waste of time and I really hate it.
The last section was actually the final boss, or should I say the final boss rush mode which I hated so much. Took me around 50 minutes to do. I really hated it because the first boss you waste all your stuff on because you don't fully understand the fight or the idea that you're going to fight another boss and then BAM another boss. So you're half health, low ammo. You try your best and you somehow beat him. Great huh? Wrong, THERE'S ANOTHER FUCKING BOSS and if you somehow defeat this boss and get to the core guess fucking what.
THERE'S ANOTHER BOSS
ACTUALLY IT'S A BOSS WITH TWO MINI-BOSSES
Honestly, it wasn't THAT bad once I finished it because I knew exactly how to deal with them all, but holy shit I hate boss rush modes, they could've at least AT LEAST put a save point before the final final boss. It's annoying to go through 4 bosses just because you want the game to be harder. Hell, on the final run I had I killed the 2nd and 3rd boss in literal seconds without taking any damage.
Still a great game though, it's interesting to see that the game has different endings and you can choose to do things, like not accepting a machine gun mid game would let you get a better weapon as the game goes on, or not accepting a jet pack literally saves someone's life. Music is great and has a very metroid-ey feel to it.
My favourite part of the game has got to be when you get to have Curly as a companion and you go through the final stages of Labyrinth together with this playing. It really felt good to blow all that up with someone beside you while the fast paced music helps you along the way. It gave the whole scene an upbeat sort of "Hey, let's get outta this impossible to get out of situation, together" and it was super fun to get through the whole area. I really enjoyed that part.
Spoiler:I sadly didn't save Curly, but I will attempt a re-run of the game eventually
Also holy fuck this game goes for £50+ for the 3DS. It came out in 2011, I should've snatched this up and played it back then when I had the chance, god damn.

Oh, by the by. ARM2 otherwise knows as Metroid 2's Remake came out a few days ago.
You can download it from the site for free, if you're a big fan of Metroid and haven't played the second game like a lot of people, this is the best way to play it.

Overwatch on console is stupid, unbeliveable, and fun. My brother asked if I wanted to play because he wanted to see what I thought, obviously it was hard to aim so I thought I'd use characters that don't require aiming. I went Symmetra on Anubis, Defense. Got 18 Eliminations, 11 objective elims and like 1.30 minutes objective time, all golds btw. The same game I also got the play. So I continued playing Symmetra on every map I got. Then we got Dorado, we defended. 3 golds, and POTG again, then two people add me as a friend as ask if I want to do comp

Dang... At work right now and just realized I never took a picture of it out of the box, but oh well.
My mom quit her job at Good Will not too long ago but, before she did, one day they got in 3 PS4s donated from some store that couldn't sell them because the boxes were heavily damaged. So not only were they already at a discount, Good Will gives their employees generous ones as well, and so I wound up getting a brand new PS4 for dirt cheap. Thank goodness or else I still wouldn't have one!
