Happy (late) 25th anniversary, Beavis and Butthead!

This is so accurate it hurts.
I just finished watching Kubo and the Two Strings.

The animation and sound desing was fantastic. The story itself was really well developed and had some interesting meta-commentary on storytelling and tropes. The characters are fun and lovable, but also brave and Multi-faceted. Not a single character felt out of place and their inclusion felt important, the monkey being a personal favorite of mine.

Just go see it if you haven't.

EDIT: technically the 'Monkey' character should be called an ape giving that's what (s)he is (monkeys do not have tails, remenber?). But you know, details.

EDIT 2: I know I'm ten days late, but happy 10th anniversary to The Spectacular Spider-Man! It's a shame we never got a third season...

As I said once on here. This was just what I needed to remove the horrors of witnessing Sausage Party. And the credits is something to stay and watch as well. Its BEAUTIFULLY animated
After 10 seasons spawning across 8 years, Adventure Time is finally coming to an end.

As someone who hasn't watched the show in a long while (I need to catch up someday), all I have to say it's that nothing last forever. It is better for the show's well being to come to an end while still loved (albeit not as relevant as before) rather than squeeze it to death like some do.
I....I thought the show stopped like 3 years ago.
Adventure time is still a thing? I remember there were talks about a feature film years ago though.

Eh, I don't blame you for thinking that. The show became irrelevant outside of it's fandom a while ago.

From the looks of it, the movie is on development hell.

New episode, and something big is happening on the 15th of May of this year.
not too long after chris savino got outed, yet another bombshell related to a big name in nicktoons has surfaced, and this time, it's even bigger

Whats a bit disturbing is that(similar to the Savino case) people KNEW about this and didn't speak up about it until now. I will have a hard time looking at Ren and Stimpy now this is true.
I really need to start paying attention to the voice credits in Batman TAS. All these years later and I just realized Loretta Swit voiced Dr. Cates in Mad as a Hatter.

This is a month old news at the moment but I'm just now hearing about it. Remember that short that I posted around two years ago called Infinity Train, that I said was the only children's show to spark my interest in years? Well....

Looks like I'm going to get my chance to see it.
