Oh yeah. Those are some of my favorite Adult Swin cartoons. A lot of the Williams Street ones can be funny, but those two have great animation too.
If i had a favorite, i'd go with Rocko's modern life. It was the cartoon that got me into sketching and it just best feeling of nostalgia.

Aaaand my memory just jogged about Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law; can't believe I forgot about that one, but it's been a really long time.

Well, you did say there'd be others. I played the Ace Attorney style game that Capcom made, but I didn't really like it that much. I kinda wish there was a little more production value in it. (Edit: The game I mean. I liked the show.)

Yeah, but I'm kinda ashamed I forgot it and for some reason you singling out those two AS shows made it pop into my head ><

Ack. Yeah, the game was not fantastic; it was only really fit for a rental. Plus there wasn't enough Reducto. I don't care what anyone says, he was so the best character ;p
Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends and Spongebob.
Does Drake and Josh count? Because I used to watch that a lot too.
(Also I sorta got into MLP:FiM for a while. I didn't go crazy about it, but I still thought it was pretty good)

And in the case of anime: Cowboy Bebop, Fullmetal Alchemist, and Outlaw Star.

Oh dude, there are so many actually good series that have surfaced lately :D All of them I've only found after Friendship is Magic, like Adventure Time, Super Jail and Gravity Falls.
Archer is a great cartoon. It's definitely aimed for adults.

It's pretty much James Bond meets Arrested Development.
Pokemon. :)
Who doesn't love Ed, Edd, and Eddy :D
Off the top of my head...

Gargoyles
Mighty Max
TMNT (80's into 90's run and the early 2000's one up until Fast Forward)
Starblazers
Robotech
Animaniacs
Muppet Babies
Voltron (the lions, not the cars)
Thundar the Barbarian
Dungeons and Dragons
Batman the Animated Series
Here's a list, including anime:

(Old) Simpsons
Avatar: The Last Airbender
Adventure Time
Daria
Fullmetal Alchemist
Batman: The Animated Series
Death Note
South Park
The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya
My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic
Spice and Wolf
Looney Tunes shorts
Gravity Falls
Animaniacs

I highly recommend everyone check these out (save for maybe the anime, which isn't for everyone).
Yo get in with the Cardcaptors!
Robotech
X-Men (the 90s cartoon)
Avatar: That Last Airbender

Only cartoons I've seen every episode of.
Hummm I don't really watch cartoons nowadays... But back when I was a kid I watched things like...

Count Duckula, Superted, Bananaman, Rude dog and the dweebs. Mysterious Cities of Gold is up there too. Love those shows. They don't make them like they used to!
