In a recent interview with the outlet Tech Raptor, Adi Shankar gave a major update on the Devil May Cry animated series, stating how far along the creative team is in the process of bringing the series to life:

"All the season one scripts are done. I collaborated with a very talented writer named Alex Larson on the scripts. The scripts are rad and I wanted to execute them in a manner that would make my fellow DMC fans proud. Again, this was developed by a DMC fan for DMC fans, that was the ethos of this project. Production should start at the beginning of next year."

Remenber Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story? Pixar is making a movie about him. This is the origin story of the "real" Buzz Lightyear. The toy is based off him.

Movie is simply titled Lightyear. Coming in Summer 2022.

EDIT: there was also a TV show called Buzz Lightyear of Star Command. Same premise.
Optimus Prime playing Basketball. 'Nuff said.
So Adult Swim posted this. It's called Come and Learn with Pibby!

Happy 20th anniversary to Monsters, Inc!
I was unsure on wheter I should post this but I made up my mind.

SoSorry is a web-series of political cartoons by India Today Group. It focuses exclusively on India news and events.

Here's their YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/SoSorrypolitoons/videos

I found about this series because of an Unravel meme out of all things.
Flashback Friday!

Remenber Mucha Lucha?

¡¡¡LUCHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!

Wildebeest from Birdbox Studio.

Remenber: don't argue with idiots.
Throwback Thursday! Remenber Krypto the Superdog?
Remenber The Simpsons Guy, the crossover episode between The Simpsons and Family Guy? It's been seven years since then. I remenber watching the premiere.

The Simpsons Guy is also the origin of the "*chuckles* I'm in danger" meme.
Sony released a first look into Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (part 1). This is the sequel to Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.

Part 1? So the movie is gonna be divided in parts? Interesting. Yes, I know this isn't the first something like this happened, but still.
Alright, here's something that might interest ya.

Votatoon was a progamming block for Cartoon Network Latin America where viewers could vote for what they want to watch. The block ended in 2016.

Here are some Votatoon bumpers.

Have you heard of Exchange Student Zero? Most likely not. Exchange Student Zero is a 2012 film made by Bogan Entertainment Solutions, in association with Cartoon Network Asia Pacific. It is the first local animated made production to be commissioned by the channel.

Back in 2015 there was a TV show based on the film. It only lasted one season before being cancelled.

No, I did not watch the film. Just sharing this because I thought it was interesting.
For a show that's strictly comedy (well, for the most part), Family Guy has some great fight scenes. I wonder what Seth Macfarlane could do if he worked on an action show. Or at least action-comedy.
You know that recent Mickey Mouse meme? The meme comes from this special called The Best of Disney: 50 Years of Magic, which was released in 1991. This was released 30 years ago and NOW it became a meme. Go figure.
I have no idea why I didn't post this one years ago...
