Those look like they are from the 3DS version of Smash. Again. Its best if we wait until the game comes out to see if any of these things are real or not.

At this point, we only have to wait a little over 2 weeks for the Japanese release. We'll know soon enough.
My only problem is that the story has one major hole. If I remember right, the story is that the leaks are from someone at the ESRB playing the game to rate it, and leaking stuff about it. However, according to their website, they don't play the games that they rate. The developers fill out a questionnaire, and then send in footage of the game. Unless all the leaks are just the sent in footage, why would it be captured with a camera, rather a capture device? Also, why would the name of the character be "ESRB0083"? If Nintendo made it, it would most likely be "Treehouse" or "NOA", or there wouldn't even be a name like what we see with other games with nameable characters. EVen if

Nintendo took down the videos claiming copyright. If Nintendo claimed this was their game then it kinda just confirms those are real.

This reminds me of when IGN accidently revealed Pyroar in Pokemon X and Y.
If so, then I am so happy that R.O.B., Ness, and Game & Watch are returning, but why no Ice Climbers? Also, I'm kind of upset with Dark Pit. I don't know why, but it feels like a wasted spot.

I never liked Ice Climers. Don't get me wrong, they would have made/ did make better fighters than Excite-Bike racer or Balloon Fighter (which make me wonder why you would even think they would work) and it was nice to have for one game, but they were less fun to play and started making me think about all the bad charictrers.
Dark Pit really is a waste of a slot. Why is Dark Samus and Dark Like costumes but Dark Pit is a real fighter?
I really hope the reason behind Luciana and Dark Pit isn't that they couldn't figure out what new characters to put in because the fans have plenty. I'd go for Samurai Goroh over Luciana and Dark Pit any day.
There goes another chance for Geno's comeback. Then again. I wasn't holding my breathe from him to appear in this Smash bros installment either.

We don't know that yet. While he is in the "clone corner" as people call it, he could have a moveset based on weapons he used in his boss fight, or use weapons that Pit doesn't (staves, claws, cannons, etc.).

^Don't count on it. Square is still acting like grumpy elderly people whenever Nintendo asks politely to them about using anything that they own on Super Mario RPG.
