Barg. First Monday, then today, and now Friday. It really had better work out then that I can sit down with my realtor and make an offer on that darn house. I should have all the needed info now!

...Although if I get it, I'll have to hope I can keep most folks out of the basement. I plan on displaying my figures and I realize I have a lot of questionable ones xD

I'm so glad that the worst thing on Finnish morning news is either some people getting laid off of their work or some old bridge with sentimental value collapsing after years of being unused.

All the news is talking about, since it happened in my state, is this 9 year old who snuck on a plane at Minneapolis and landed in Vegas where the police nabbed him.

I guess he has a reputation for doing stuff like this. He sneaks into water parks all the time and even stole a truck and went joyriding. His parents seem awful and claim they thought he was at a friends' house and haven't seen him in a few days.

Yep, American news is the worst. All you hear about are murders and rapes and everything inbetween.

I'm pretty lucky. It just so happens that when I'm awake in the morning, the Daily Show and Colbert Report from the previous night are on, so I just watch that. They report the news for what it is: Stupid.

Although since the government shutdown, that's all they've been talking about and no matter how ridiculous everyone's being, you can't make that funny or anything except depressing.
