....I actually get it.
I'm watching "Top 100 Songs of the 90's" on Vh1 and they just played Green Day and they're about to play Spice Girls and i'm super excited. I've watched this countdown a million times and I get just as excited and nostalgic every time.
My brother from another mother is sending me two of the books that he has written. Score!
You guys don't even know how i'm having the best time ever

I was born in 97, but I still got it. Also by 97 I mean 1897.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOB

Here's the countdown i'm watching.
I'm trying to read the whole list. It better have this song right here or I'm going mad...

That song was my childhood. I was in elementary school when it came out and I memorized every word of that tune. Gran Turismo 2 only helped cement that.
The countdown is over and now it's some show called "Couple's Therapy" and HOLY SHIT. Apparently it's the first episode of the season. It's set up like a reality show where famous couples live in a house together with a therapist and get help with their relationships.

Well, the first couple to show up is Flava Flav and his girlfriend. Everytime she tries to say anything he cuts her off and says "No you're wrong you're lying" and that was just within 2 minutes of the show starting. The second couple was that couple from 16 and Pregnant that gave the give up for adoption. They are a billion time more mature than Flava Flav. They were both like "Well I need to work on my anger" "I don't need to lie anymore".

Then some rapper just came. And the Girls Gone Wild guy and his girl are coming after the commercial.

WHAT have I gotten myself into?

The shit-hole that is now known as MTV.
I can't believe it's already Wednesday and I still haven't done anything that I was planning to do yet.
Well... It at least included Insane in the Brain, Cannonball by the Breeders, It was a Good Day... One Week by Barenaked ladies, Man in the Box, Black Hole Sun, Sabotage, Losing My Religion, Smells Like Teen Spirit...

But no Garbage. No Helmet. No Dream Theater. No Depeche Mode. I might get angry...

I know I know, but remember, it was only 100 from ALL genres from ALL the 1990's.
