Dunno, I always thought that putting your private information up of: where you went to school, who your family extends to, who you're in a relationship with, what you look like with hundreds of photos, who and what your friends look like, what you're currently doing, where you are at this moment in time etc etc etc is dumb. Myspace used usernames and didn't ask for private information as a form of currency. The users and website are dumb :(
I'm pretty sure you can still be on facebook without doing any of that stuff. No one is forcing you to put up your personal information, put up pictures of yourself, where you went to school, who your family is.

Well my laptop has died (again) so I'm slowly writing this on my phone.
My laptop has been faffing around lately whenever I do something remotely graphicky (games, videos, youtube) and would often freeze.
Now it turns on, the LCD is fine, I can hear the windows sound going dodoododoo but no image. I called Dell and it took them 2 hours to realise that what I was saying was the problem was right.
They're sending a tech on Monday.
So yeah, I haven't flown off to vgf-forumsiscock.com.
PS - the mobile site for the forums looks very nice on my phone

I found out I have a new pet peeve... basically I get mad if people don't write things because 'it's been done already'. On two separate occasions this week two people have been like 'oh, hey, this review got written, NO REASON TO WRITE MINE *DELETES*' and it makes me incredibly mad. There's plenty of room on the internet for more than one opinion, geez! If you're just too darn lazy to actually write the review, don't use that as an excuse! Good lord it just makes me so freakin' mad!

I just found out that one of the posters on GameFAQ's passed away. What's sad was me and him had a lot in common when it came to TV shows. So I was always communicating with him.
It's so sad. :'(

Yeah well I thought that as well, but not Dell ! I told them I thought it was the GPU that was dead but nope, I had to faff around with some RAM and then click on this and that. In their defense, they've got to troubleshoot because switching the motherboard (to which the GPU is attached) must be quite expensive for them.
Thankfully, I'm under guarantee. I originally had my guarantee for four years but since my motherboard had already died twice before, I thought it best to extend it by a year. Now I'm getting my money's worth !
