That is the one of the weirdest pictures I've seen in a while, but I've seen worse things on the internet. Be wary of the WTF section of Reddit, most of the time it's not that bad, but sometimes things come up that truly fit the name of the subreddit, like a series of comics about a little girl being raped by her pedophile father. (It's not explicit and there isn't sex shown, so don't worry about that.)

I'm not going to go into detail of the worse things I've ever seen, but I will say don't ever get curious as to what "Guro" means.
