Try Texas.
In the 17 years I have lived here, it has snowed 3 times.

No, too hot. I'm normally OK with our winters, but going into April is too much. I only tolerate our normal winters because it stop us from getting all the horrible bugs and reptiles. Nothing poisonous or too creepy crawly around here!
Wow, you must live in the Minnesota or something. I for one have been loving the cold weather, although I do sort of miss the grass.

You just explained why I hate winters, because they always last unusually long in Wisconsin. Not until like a week ago we still had snow on the ground, and it's supposed to snow tonight, damn it I hate snow.

Pretty much, but damn was that a shock. Everybody in school was talking about it and some were getting a bit paranoid with it.

Honestly, right now, I'd rather have snow than deal with all of this rain. It rained ALL day yesterday.

...In April.

Our drop in temp just caused it to be too damn cold. It's Texas in April damn it. People were swimming in the pool yesterday.

If someone doesn't like what you post, they can just unfollow. Never be afraid to be yourself and post/reblog whatever the hell you want. Especially to a bunch of strangers on the internet.

This site really is mostly about fandoms, and getting along with other fans, and posting/reblogging pictures of whatever you're a fan of. And funny things. And cats. (Always cats. Duh.) If I want a logical conversation, the only place on the internet i'll come to is here. I know most of the people here and have for almost a year. I know that we're mature enough to have logical conversations if we so choose, as we have before. Some touchy and racy ones at that. Or, if we so choose, we could just post shit like this:

One of those was just sleet. The other ones were cool though. I'll try and find pictures. The time it happened a few years ago (2009 I think) in early December was the day after my birthday :)

Yeah dude, scary as hell! But the good thing about being from Texas is that if something happens, the whole state pitches in to help. Remember when Galveston got torn apart by that hurricane? No celebrities came to help us. We helped ourselves. My own dad was out there with a chainsaw getting trees out of the streets.
As far as Waco goes- Gallery Furniture already sent out trucks full of supplies and so many people are donating blood and platelets that they can't take any more appointments (I heard that for both Dallas and Houston).

I LOVE the rain. It's so relaxing. Even thunderstorms.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^So all of that counted as ONE post.

We also get a lot of international food, in particular Middle Eastern, Asian and Mediterranean restaurants are popular.

I love the rain too. But I don't like flooding.

When it rains, it's extremely relaxing. If I'm a passenger in a vehicle, it can make me fall asleep... but usually that depends on who I ride with though.

Not much sleeping when Kryptonite is playing.
I'm on Team Rain as well. Nothing makes me happier than if it's raining at night. Instant good night's sleep!
No need to fear, Rain is here!

Welcome Back!

I just woke up.... and it was snowing. I look outside... and the sun is shining. What's next? Rain? I hate where I live. The weather cannot make up its mind.
Oh hey, I seem to have finally regained my "Senior Member" status. Woo!
