Bethesda proved again that they are grade A assholes by threatening to sue someone named Ryan Hupp over him selling a copy of The Evil Within 2 listed as new: https://www.gameinformer.com/2018/08/11/...gal-action

The fact of the matter is, regardless of whether or not Hupp is actually in violation of the First Sale Doctrine, the selling of this game would not have been a major issue for Bethesda and there seems to be no reason for them to react to any of this save for bullying this kid.
Etrian Odyssey Nexus, the final game for the series on 3DS is coming February 2019: https://gematsu.com/2018/08/etrian-odyss...ary-5-2019
Spyro has been delayed 7 weeks to November 13th: http://www.ign.com/articles/2018/08/17/s...o-november

Probably a good thing honestly. A lot of people were complaining about that download, so that could be what this delay is about. Even if it's not, 7 weeks isn't that long.
^Still gives Toys For Bob plenty of time to polish up and fix any glitches that come around. Shows how dedicated they are to this game.

I believe that the deadline to turn in the data to be put on disks was due this week, so they decided to delay it so they can fit all of the games on the disks (I heard they only have the first game on disk). It's all about that damn deadline for making them disks.

Actually, after watching this video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GlhvOnEFGAE&t=2s which I agree with since there are some facts here most people ignored or made videos on the issue without that information available, it seems likely that probably about half of each game was one the disc, half was in the download, and this was done to save time and get the game out in September before it was delayed. Also, despite what a lot of people were saying, nothing in the official website said it was the whole 2nd and 3rd games, and Activision never confirmed that, so saying only the first game was on the disc, was speculation, and not factual. That said, Activision should have said something, and and failed fans by keeping quiet, but journalists who reported that 2/3 of the game was digital, were not going based on facts. I don't mean to self promote, but all of this actually started bothering me, so I went and did some digging about it and posted my results and thoughts here: https://www.facebook.com/notes/repentant...402989165/ if you'd like some more information about an opinion based in research and facts that better explain what was going on.
Old SNES/Super Famicon cartridges can be used to download games into the SNES Classic with an attachment that will be available soon.

Onimusha is back.

Yakuza Kiwami 2 is now available in the west.
Guess what other series is back!
As long as we're posting videos about stuff, if you need some last minute hype for Dragon Quest XI and wouldn't mind some serious Dragonball vibes, this happened: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zcTIGiAr448

At long last, Nintendo will be holding a general Nintendo Direct on Sep. 6th (tommorow) at 3 PM PT

Nintendo says it will be roughly 35 minutes and focus both on 3DS and Switch.
Well the Direct has been delayed to an unannounced date due to the Earthquake in Hokkaido, which has reportedly killed at least 8 people: https://www.usgamer.net/articles/nintend...e-in-japan

Here's news regarding the Earthquake itself: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2018/09...its-japan/
