I'm excited by this, but don't be surprised if nintendo throws a lawsuit threat over this once its finished and pulls it off of online.
Knowing Ninty's attitude towards fan-made projects, I find it admirable that these people are even going full-steam ahead with it.
As soon as its finished. I'm downloading it on day one. I won't miss out on that unlike metroid 2.

Lots of thoughts are coming to me thinking about this one, but I'll try to keep it short because It'll be a long pot if I don't. First thought, I wonder if we will see this outside of Japan. I like Koei Techmo, but these days, they seem more interested in cutting into Bandai Namco's anime game monopoly and and going all every animation company that's not Disney or Ghibli and ripping off of them as much as possible. That said, I kind of want to see this game, because while I'm not a fan of Dynasty Warriors, the game's W-Force make as spinoffs, Ala Dragon Quest Hero's, Legend of Zelda, Berserk etc, are a lot of fun because I care about the characters in these spin-offs and Koei Techmo has enough IP's that I'm interested. Again trying to cut this short, but my last major grip is that this game seems a lot slower than other W-Force games and not really more precise to justify it like say, Attack on Titan, which has fast action but less foes. I don't know, maybe it's too early to make a judgement, but my initial impression is that I'm not sure how confident I can be in this game.
They're hit or miss, honestly. Its easy to get lost storywise. Not paying attention to the plot makes them pretty good pulp films, though. (Speaking as someone who has trouble following stories in movies normally so there's that.)
