How many of those are even successfully released, though?

You know, I've been fairly stoic about this, kind of trying to stay in the middle as best I could, but what the hell is this shit right here? Are you kidding me? Just as an example, as extreme as it is, if this were Trump, the cheers would be so loud that someone would probably open a gofundme for Playtonic to help them make their next game because of how heroic is would be of them to stand against Trump. Yet, JonTron, who is clearly racist, and agrees with a least a few ideas of Trump's to the point of being a bigot at the very least, taking him off of a game, where all he did was make a few noises for a little bit, that's censorship. My mind is blown by the high level of stupidity that it takes to act this way. What. The. Fuck.
Here's my thoughts on this.

Playtonic dropping JonTron isn't censorship. It's trying to provide a good gaming environment. These people who link this to censorship simply jumped to a conclusion that makes no sense. Also, Playtonic isn't doing anything to censor what he had said.

A more proper, and probably current, example of censorship is Digital Homicide and their DMCA crusade against content creators that criticized their games.
If its the creators of a product doing something of their own volition and the subject is their creation, it isn't up to anyone else to dictate their vision of the subject. Same shit happened with one of those super hero games and Tobuscus a while back.
Mad Catz Files for Bankruptcy, Ceases Operations

EDIT: So in case there are any questions for what has happened as a result of bankruptcy, Madcatz is dead. They filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy, so they will be liquidating ALL of their assets. Office equipment, inventory, vehicles, you name it. Mad Catz as we know it is done forever.
Took a look at one of the comments and it talked about controllers. I had one for the PS2 and, boy, it was just like economic. Smaller than the actual PS2 controller.
I used to really like my cheap MadCatz PS2 controller. Sure, the build quality was abysmal, but they made some bigger controllers that feel good in my hands. Ah well. What can ya do?
Looks like PETA is at it again folks!

Stop giving PETA attention.
They are bonkers.
They do this for attention.
Stop giving it to them.

What I got from this is that they're suggesting the addition of a "violent insemination of female cows" mini-game.
GG, PETA.
Shipments and Digital Sales for NieR: Automata Top One Million

NOTES: For those out there who don't know what this means for Yoko Taro or Platinum games

Bayonetta sold 1.35 million units worldwide in its first year after launch.

Metal Gear Rising sold about 1.9 million units worldwide before major sales (roughly, Konami never announced an official figure)

NieR: Automata is now the 3rd bestselling Platinum game so far, and on track to possibly edge out Beyonetta for the number 2 spot based on respective first week sales.

It's also Yoko Taro's best selling PC/Console game ever, almost outdoing the combined sales of all three Drakengard games (which comes to about 1.1 million altogether).
