That really is a shame. We might get more giant monster fights now though.

Did he ever work on a video game? Genuine question.
To quote the guy himself from the article:
“I have proven to be the albatross of video games. I joined THQ, and THQ goes broke. I join Kojima, and Kojima leaves Konami. I have decided, in order not to destroy anyone else’s life, I have decided I will never again get involved in video games. Otherwise, I’ll join someone and his house will explode, or something.”

Well at lest he didn't join a group and they were bought by EA. That would just be a kick in the balls.
The first Marvel world for Kingdom Hearts III has been anounced, and it's not any of the ones that you are thinking of.

Coincidentally it was exactly the one I was thinking of. With its recent success and lighthearted seting it was the most logical Marvel property to be used in this kind of game.
Yeah, I wasn't expecting to run across another realistic alcoholic since they did that with Pirates of the Caribbean so Avengers was out.

Sounds like he's blaming himself. That sucks :(
Both companies were under poor management.

He should blame the management for making stupid choices, not himself for what has happened.

I actually remember hearing that there was talks about there being a separate lego Scooby doo game, but it looks like that got reworked into Lego Dimensions.

Telltale's Back to the future is being made for the Ps4, Xbox 360, and Xbone.
That seems pretty off to me. It's coming in less than 2 months and it's not announced yet? The 13th also already has several games coming out, even if Rainbow Six: Siege is no longer one of them and this might just fall under the radar because of those other ones. I don't know, it all seems a bit odd to me, like the October 13th is just a place holder date or something.
Perhaps Telltale was working on this in secret and didn't reveal it until now?
