That's what I mean. Like, I didn't realize it could also be a name besides a certain genre. I was like "So what's with this gif of two animes dudes kissing going around?" and then I learned.

Just finished Legendary Gambler Tetsuya, another Mahjong based anime set during the period after WW2.
Very Akagi like, and has some pretty brilliant psychological moments, along with two beautiful last episodes. Seriously man, I nearly teared up at one line it was so beautiful. If you're big on Mahjong like I am, give it a shot. It's great.
Also the opening is sung by a woman if you couldn't hear.

I watched two episodes of the Pokemon Sun and Moon anime since Mimikyu was in it. OMG, that little thing makes noises like that chick from The Grudge and is after Pikachu's blood. It's amazing.

Not sure if you're joking or not, but being after someone's blood just means you're going after them (in a bad way).

Oh, no, it's a figure of speech! Sorry!
It's just basically a way of saying that someone really, really hates another person. In the anime Mimikyu actually holds its own against Pikachu and, since Meowth can understand what it's saying, relays that Mimikyu can't stand Pikachu.
