Seems like Persona 4 Arena is getting a re-release too. Good thing I didn't buy the first version yet :D Now I'll just wait till this comes out.

So it's a good thing that I have yet to buy P4:A? I've been questioning if I should do it or not since it came out.

We finally get Person 4: Arena in Europe(well over a year after Japan and America) to the point that it was completely dead on launch with other parts of the world already having a huge competitive advantage. But as soon as we got it, they announce this.

Sorry to rant but Atlus really is a shit company.

Yeah, I actually hope this one releases everywehre at the same time. If not, they should at least give up the ridiculous region locking so we could get it imported.

Yes. This will be an updated version of that game and pretty much the definitive edition when it comes out.

Yea its good always wait for the updated version of a fighting game. I remember i got MvC3 and played it even when UMVC3 came out, everybody stopped playing MvC3 so i felt forced to buy the better version. And Street fighter 4 ultra edition is coming soon so you didn get SF4 than probably get it if you like slow-paced fighting games like tekken and soul caliber.

Season 2 will be interesting.

I'm so glad it's Iron Galaxy. I honestly thought (with a friend I play locally with) that KI is going to be dead after Season 1. Mainly because the new developers working on Season 2(no offence) wouldn't understand the spirit of Killer Instinct and potentially fuck it all up. This isn't a fear anymore as I trust Iron Galaxy after their work on Street Fighter 3: Third Strike: Online Edition which has a very VERY tight playerbase that cherish that game(myself included). They fully understood what made Third Strike so great and respected. Their work on Darkstalkers and Marvel vs Capcom: Origins was also just as good.

I'm glad they're taking over.
I also hope Double Helix doesn't get stuff to making shitty phone games. Very talented company with a strong presence of Rare in them.

New SF trailer came out. Wish I knew Japanese.

0:00 - 1:30: Introduction to new characters, ultras and stages
1:50 - 2:05: New Red Focus mechanic.
2:26 - 2:30: Characters now have the option to use 2 ultras to use in a match. First screen shows Banishing Flat into pile driver. Second shows Banishing Flat into Ultra 2. (basically showing possibilities with what could happen if a character could use 2 different ultras in a match)
2:40 - 3:04: Survival mode with other players
3:08 - 3:19: Online training mode
3:20 - 3:30: Training mode save states
3:35 - 3:53: upload your shitty online scrub tactic win against another online noob to YouTube for everyone to see. Hype!
So Namco is making a new free-to-play fighting game called Rise of Incarnates. It looks different from most fighters I've played and the free-to-play concept was used with Tekken Revolution and after playing that I thought it was okay in terms of free-to-play but it used the Tekken Tag 2 engine so it was also at the same time pointless of me playing it because I could've just played Tekken Tag 2. Hopefully this
fighter turns out well.

So it's an arena fighter then? Interesting.
Anyone here play Skullgirls? I'm loving it so far, bought Encore the other day in hopes of getting the new characters free when they are released. The Skullgirl is a really fun fight at the end too, though it took me forever to figure out a good tactic to beat her. Not even any spammy scrub "tactic" like I used on Seth in the original SFIV or Hazama in Continuum Shift. Phew, won her with 1hp left :D Current main: Filia. I learned her in the demo and now I can't really use anyone else. Especially not Peacock. May try out Ms. Fortune but the head confuses me. I do hope the April Fools character Fukua stays since she's another version of Filia :P And if I learn Ms. Fortune I'd have Robo-Fortune to look forward to.

I backed the game on Indiegogo and tried to find myself in the backer section of the credits for hours, skipped a lot and then they ended and I realized I had propably skipped myself. Crud. Not watching those again :D

Skullgirls Encore was just announced free for PS Plus members so I'll get the chance to play it. I played the original Skullgirls and found it very entertaining. Any characters you suggest I should try when I do play Encore.
