Here's a FANtastic animation of Guile.
Here's the first trailer for Melty Blood: Type Lumina.
Yes, it was already confirmed that the game is gonna have rollback netcode.
King has been revealed for The King of Fighters XV.
EDIT: so I noticed people talking about her current design, about how they miss the more androgynous-looking King and how SNK is "sexualizing" the character in recent years. I should state that It's perfectly OK if you prefer the more androgynous King, but I feel people are missing the point of the design. They are forgetting (if not straight up IGNORING) the reason why she looked androgynous in the first place.
In Art of Fighting, King was crossdresing as male because she worked as a bouncer for Mr. Big (who was and still is a crime lord). She was crossdressing because she wanted to hide her identity AND because she thought she would be taken more seriously as a bouncer if she pretended to be a man. Then her secret was exposed and the rest is history. AOF 1 is canon to the events of KOF.
In the KOF series, one of her story threads is how she becomes more and more comfortable with her feminity. By dressing in ways that are considered traditionally more "feminine". Nobody is forcing her to do that, King is doing this on her own accord. Plus, she no longer works as a bouncer for Mr. Big. She now runs a legitimate business as a Bar owner/bartender. She no longer has a reason to hide her identity.
And besides its not like she's dressing like Mai Shiranui or Angel. Her costume is pretty conservative. So I don't get why people are making these "sexualization" claims in the first place.
Virtua Fighter 5 Ultimate Showdown rated for PS4 in Korea
Interestingly, the rating lists "Virtua Fighter esports" as the original title.
Happy 10th anniversary to this video!
"wat" indeed.
The video description says:

Arc System Works has now released the Developer's Backyard 5 for Guilty Gear StrIVe.

Among other things, the developers outlined what changes they're looking to make following feedback from the beta as well as other features they feel can remain mostly the same for the full release.
Here it is. The Street Fighter V Spring Update 2021.
This all looks really cool. Oro, Rose and Akira Kazama look like very fun characters. The merch was ok. The remix of Dan's theme sounds good. Rose is coming on April 19.
Speaking of Akira... in Rival Schools she's not as small (relative to the males) and has a deeper voice. Meanwhile, in Street Fighter V, she's smaller in height AND has softer voice. Is she aging backwards like Benjamin Button? And Daigo still has his uniform. Are those two still in school? Sakura Kasunago of all people got older and graduated, but the Kazama brothers are still in school? Thought on second thought, her appearing to be smaller is likely due to biology. Usually males stop growing around ages 19 to 21 while females stop growing somewhere around ages 13 to 15, that's why human males tend to be taller than females. Akira Kazama not being as small (relative to the males) at the time of Rival Schools can be explained simply by saying that her males classmates still had room for growth. This doesn't explain the softer voice, tho. Anyway, I think the best we can do is just wait for the character story.
For those who are confused about Oro: Oro never lost his arm. In SF3 he uses a spell in order to bind one of his arms. You can see Oro using both of hir arms during Super Arts. Oro is so powerful that he fights with only one arm in order to give himself a challenge. Also, Oro's pet turtle was introduced in SF3, as seen in his stage and character artwork.
EDIT: I forgot. Remenber how Rose's win poses shows different Tarot cards and one of them features C. Viper? This deck of cards is based on an actual set of tarot cards released by Capcom in the special Japanese edition of the Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection. There's also an Elena card.

So no, I don't think it's supposed to be a C. Viper hint.
New KOF XIV vs KOF XV comparison. Feat. King.
A trailer showcasing Mai Shiranui's gameplay in The King of Fighters XV has dropped.
Man, her face looks much better than the reveal trailer's version and KOF XIV' version.
So Mai isn't in the same team as King and Yuri? So no original Women Fighter's Team? I wouldn't say my expectations were shattered per say, but it surprised me a little.
EDIT: this just leaves Leona Heidern and K' as the only two previously revealed characters in need of trailers.
So I recently found this via the KOF subreddit.

Blurring the closest parts of the image, & those furthest away, helps to add personality. It draws the eye to their faces & makes the game feel more polished & thought out.
