Happy 25th anniversary to the Slam Masters series! Yes, I know the first game is more a wrestling game rather than a fighting game (the second game is a straight up FG). But it still deserves a mention.
It's a shame this franchise is barely acknowledged by Capcom themselves.

The only version of Goku I will accept moving foward (assuming they add another one) is Kid Goku from OG Dragon Ball. Nothing more, nothing less.

Contrary to popular(?) belief, Akira Yuki's fighting style is NOT Karate. His fighting style is actually Bajiquan/Hakkyoku-ken. It was the VF5R newcomer Jean Kujo who first introduced Karate to the series!
I'm surprised it took such a long time for SEGA to introduce Karate into the VF series.
Don't get me wrong. I'd prefer a more diverse cast overall instead of more clones, but I'd be down for SSJ4 Goku, Vegeta, or Gogeta. I'm not expecting it, but it'd be cool.

The only complaint I have is that he said Kim Kaphwan is a FF1 character. Kim did NOT make his debut on that game, but rather on it's sequel Fatal Fury 2. Oh, and Kim wasn't playable in Fatal Fury 3 either.

Wouldn't be surprised if this turns out to be some sort of call back to Miss X (Aka Iori Yagami wearing a dress) from Gals' Fighters. But that's just an hypothesis, mind you. It's also likely that the team just liked the desing of Terry's Midnight Bliss from SVC Chaos.
